Fraud / trick: After a few levels, usually when the player becomes fully focused and relaxed, the game suddenly displays a creepy image (often a face from horror movies, such as the girl from "The Exorcist") with a loud scream. This causes a strong reaction in the player and is part of the intended "scare".
Purpose: The game is often used as a joke - someone asks another person to play the game and record their reaction when the picture and sound surprise them.
